Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Each account gets one 7-day free trial on paid plans. Cancel before the trial ends (Settings → Plan & subscription → Cancel subscription) and you will NOT be charged.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU)

As the Service is digital content whose performance begins immediately upon subscription with your express consent, you acknowledge waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal from the first charge. The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service before any payment.

3. After a charge

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata, except where required by law or as an exceptional goodwill gesture.

In case of a major, prolonged malfunction attributable to the Publisher, contact contact@trade-orbital.com: a pro-rata refund may be considered.
