Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-19. These terms govern the use of the TRADE ORBITAL service available at app.trade-orbital.com (the "Service"), published by [legal entity — to be completed] (the "Publisher").

1. Purpose

TRADE ORBITAL is a trading journal: it lets you record, import and analyse your own trades, sessions and statistics.

The Service is a personal tracking and analytics tool. It provides NO investment advice, no buy/sell recommendations and no trading signals. Trading financial instruments (futures in particular) carries a high risk of loss: you remain solely responsible for your decisions.

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address, verified before first sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security; deletion permanently erases your trading data.

3. Plans & payment

The Service offers a free plan (LAUNCH) and paid subscriptions (PRO, ORBITAL), billed monthly or annually at the prices shown in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Publisher never stores card data.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, usable ONCE per account, card required. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & subscription: access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

The data you enter (trades, notes, journals) remains yours. You can export it at any time (Settings → Data, global CSV export). Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

6. Availability & liability

The Publisher strives for maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, provider outage, force majeure).

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the last 12 months. The Publisher is not liable for financial losses arising from your trading decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, interface and code remain the Publisher's exclusive property. Unauthorised reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

8. Termination

The Publisher may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach (fraud, abuse, intrusion attempts), with notice except in emergencies.
